Dance Registration Forms
All enrollment and registration forms are available at Airborne Dance or you can print them online here. To view or print a schedule online, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you do not already have Acrobat Reader, it is available as a free download from Adobe.
The Class Withdrawal form is an online form that will be sent to the Airborne Front Desk Staff upon completion. You may also withdraw in person at Airborne.
General Fees and Payment
Administration Fee: An annual administrative fee of $39 is due is also due at time of enrollment. (You may register for the summer without paying this annual fee; if you start in the summer your administration fee is due when you enroll for fall classes.) The Administration Fee covers everyone in a family living in the same household for 12-months from the date paid.
Multiple-class Discount: Students in more than one class in the same program, for example two dance classes, receive a significant discount on the second and third class (up to 40%.) Please see class price list for more details.
Family Discount: Families with multiple students and/or students in more than one program, for example a student that is in a gymnastics class and a dance class, receive a discount. Full price is charged for the most expensive tuition in your family and then all additional students and/or classes receive a 20% discount.
Late Payments: Payments received after the 7th will be charged a $10 late fee. On the 8th of the month, charges will be put through on the payment method we have on file. If payment is not received, students with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to continue in class.
Bounced Checks & Declined Credit Card: Automatic payments made with a credit card that are declined due to insufficient funds will be charged $10 per occurrence fee. In the case of multiple occurrences, Airborne will charge $25 per occurrence fee. All checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged $25 per occurrence fee. In the case of multiple occurrences, Airborne may refuse further attempts to pay via check.
Refunds: Tuition refunds are dependent on how long your child has been an Airborne Dance student. Administration fees are not refundable.
Money-back guarantee for New Students: Students new to Airborne Dance may request a tuition refund up until the fourth class. After the fourth class, our withdrawal policy will take effect.
Previously Enrolled Students: A full refund (minus a $25 withdrawal fee) is available up to 24 hours before the first class. After class begins, our withdrawal policy will take effect.

Summer vs. School Year Fees and Payment
Our dance lessons are divided into two seasonal programs, the School Year Program and the Summer Program. Our School Year program is set up to run through the entire school year – about nine months. Our Summer Program is set up to run June through August. When you enroll in a class in the fall, this class will build through the year and culminate at the end of May.
Summer Dance Program
Summer Pricing Detail: Our summer program in billed on a flexible tuition schedule. The flexible tuition schedule allows you to take into consideration your vacations and other events and pay for only the number of weeks you will be in attendance. Summer Price List
Summer Payment Detail: Payment is due in full for summer classes at the time of registration along with the appropriate Administration Fee. See our Summer Payment Policies.
School Year Dance Program
For the School Year Program tuition is due monthly, but the classes are continuous – they do not run from month to month. When you enroll in a class in the fall we assume you will be in class until the end of May, unless we are notified otherwise. See our withdrawal policy for further information.
School Year Pricing Detail: Fees for our school year classes are broken down into nine monthly payments. When registering for a class, you must pay a tuition deposit and your first month’s fees. The tuition deposit covers your last month of classes. School Year Price List
School Year Payment Details: Payments are due by the first of each month, September through April. May is paid with your tuition deposit unless we are instructed otherwise by you, see our withdrawal policy for more details. Automatic bill pay is available through MasterCard/Visa or a direct withdrawal from your bank account.
Dropping or Withdrawing From a Class
What happens if my child doesn’t like the class or if I need to remove my child for any reason?
Students new to Airborne Dance may come to class for the first four weeks with no risk. If your child does not like the class or needs to quit for any reason, Airborne Dance will refund 100% of your tuition. However, your annual family membership fee is non-refundable. After those initial four weeks, or if your student is not new to Airborne Dance, there are no refunds. Please notify us by the end of your child’s 4th class.
Once your child has participated for four weeks or more, you must notify Airborne Dance in writing if you plan on withdrawing from a class for any reason. If you do not provide the required notice, you will lose your tuition deposit. For example, if you plan to withdraw at the end of February, you must inform Airborne Dance in writing no later than February 1st. If you provide notification after February 1st, you would need to continue through March or lose your tuition deposit.
Dance lessons that include a recital require additional consideration when withdrawing. Once recital charges have been assessed, you will be expected to continue through to the recital. Recital performances are choreographed based on specific class sizes and every dancer in the class will suffer if anyone withdraws after a certain point. If you withdraw after recital fees have been charged, you will lose all recital fees paid to that point.
